No Love for Magnum! Jane Fonda Brushes Off Tom Selleck at NYC Hotspot
Tom Selleck may have mastered the art of cool on Magnum, P.I., but his moves off-screen?
Not so much — at least when it comes to wooing Hollywood royalty Jane Fonda! Tom, 79, turned up the charm during a surprise encounter with Jane, 87, at a posh New York hotspot.
But while Selleck may have hoped for sparks, he was met with a polite — but firm — pass! “Tom made a beeline for Jane like he was solving a case,” dishes a witness. “But she wasn’t biting. She was there to soak up laughs and gossip with her entourage,” including Bravo kingpin Andy Cohen, who kept the table in stitches with juicy Real Housewives dirt! “Tom’s charm just didn’t stand a chance against that,” cackles a crony.
