Nicole Kidman is moving on with her life after finalizing her divorce from ex-husband Keith Urban.
In an article published Monday, January 19, a source told People that the Big Little Lies star, 58 — who shares daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15, with the country singer, also 58 — “spends a lot of time with her girls” and “loves family time.”
“She is refreshed and optimistic about the new year,” the source told the outlet. “They’re all settling back into their routine. Things have been calm.”
The source further noted that the Babygirl actress is “looking ahead to a busy and exciting year professionally too, with several projects coming up.”

As the National Enquirer previously reported, the Perfect Couple alum filed for divorce from the musician in September, citing irreconcilable differences. The pair — who tied the knot in 2006 — finalized the terms of their divorce earlier this month, including custody.
According to court documents obtained by People, the former couple shares joint responsibility for significant decisions. However the award-winning actress has her daughters for 306 days out of the year, while Urban has them for only 59 days.

An insider told the Daily Mail, “It took a lot of wearing down but Keith finally agreed to her terms.”
“Their daughters are both in their teens and need their mother more than their father at these ages,” the insider added. “Keith knew he’d never win the battle in court and finally backed down. That’s when the divorce was settled.”
