Michael Jackson’s iconic white glove, his famous “Billie Jean” fedora and the moonwalker’s autographed Florsheim loafers are all up for grabs in a blockbuster auction that comes just one week after his biopic Michael is smashing records at the box office!

Seven other items belonging to the King of Pop, who died in 2009 at the age of 50 from an accidental anesthetic overdose, are also for sale by Kruse GWS Auctions where MJ fans can bid online until Saturday, May 2.

Some of the other items include his famous Swarovski crystal socks that he wore during the Dangerous Tour that began in Munich in June 1992, along with a 10 x 8-inch award plaque he received at the Atlanta International Film Festival for his tragic 1984 hair burning Pepsi commercial.

“Each lot has been carefully selected to reflect a legacy of excellence, making this event a defining moment for collectors seeking truly exceptional acquisitions,” the auction house explains in a press statement to the Enquirer.

The most expensive item on the block is the crystal white glove the “Beat It” singer wore during the 1984 Victory Tour with his brothers, which has a starting bid of $25,000.

“An iconic piece of pop culture history, this dazzling white cotton right-hand glove is meticulously hand-adorned with hundreds of faceted Lochrosen crystal elements, designed by famed costume designer Bill Whitten for Michael Jackson,” the auction house states. “This remarkable piece was also previously exhibited at the GRAMMY Museum, further cementing its status as a historically significant artifact.”

Starting bids for MJ’s custom-made fedora, which features his name embossed in gold inside the leather sweatband along with the designation “Made Expressly for Michael Jackson,” is $7,500.

“Michael Jackson’s fedora is one of the most iconic elements of his stage persona, particularly associated with his legendary ‘Billie Jean’ performances,” the auction house states.

Also starting at $7,500 is MJ’s 9-1/2 sized black leather loafers made famous by his stage sliding moonwalking routines.

Other items include a long wool military-style coat worn by the Grammy winner during his visit to Eastern Europe in the late 1990s, a signed letter and tour shoe heel plates he wore during the 2009 This is It residency at London’s O2 Arena.

The MJ collectables are part of the Medici Royal Family Secret Collection sale consisting of several hundred pieces of fine jewelry.
