Keith Urban is embracing his newfound freedom following his split from Nicole Kidman.

A source exclusively tells the National Enquirer that the country superstar, 58, has been having a blast on the road and is no longer shying away from the dating scene.

“Keith doesn’t have a whole lot of downtime when he’s on tour, but when he does, he definitely has a good time,” the source says.

Urban is frequently surrounded by friends and longtime fans at his shows, with the source revealing that the fun often continues after he leaves the stage.

“He’s got all sorts of friends who come out to the shows, and then afterwards, there is usually a party, and there are always plenty of beautiful women invited,” the source explains. “Keith’s fan base is very female and a lot of them have supported him for years so he sees them over and over, and it’s not unusual for them to be in the mix.”

While the “Blue Ain’t Your Color” singer isn’t necessarily pursuing every woman he meets, the source says some have caught his eye.

“There are certainly a select few that are getting special attention. There’s plenty of flirting and some get his personal number,” the source reveals. “He’s very discreet when it comes to what goes on aside from that, but he is absolutely dating.”

Until recently, those around Urban believed he was keeping rumblings of his romantic life quiet out of respect for Kidman, 59. However, the source says “she’s clearly moved on” so it’s become “pretty clear” that the Grammy winner wants to “play the field without any pressure.”

“He’s obviously enjoying the attention and the freedom to flirt,” the source concludes. “It’s all part of this new chapter for him.”

Urban and the Practical Magic star first met in 2005, and they officially tied the knot the following year. They went on to welcome two daughters — Sunday Rose in 2008 and Faith Margaret in 2010.

As the National Enquirer previously reported, the two separated after nearly 20 years of marriage in the summer of 2025, and Kidman filed for divorce in September of that same year. Their divorce was finalized earlier this year in January.
