ICE Agent Fires Into Crowd of Protestors From a Moving Vehicle in Viral Video

A video showing an ICE agent shooting at protestors from a moving car has social media users furious.

The video shared on Instagram had over 1,000 comments and 1,000 reposts and featured several protestors yelling at an all-black vehicle as it drove away. It was followed by a second vehicle, which pulled up with a man wearing a black hat and sunglasses behind the wheel.

The video appeared to show the agent holding what looks to be a pepper-ball launcher or a paintball gun.

“Video captures the moment an ICE agent fires from a moving vehicle,” the caption of the video read. “The vehicle exited the facility and passed in front of protesters when a pepper-ball launcher struck a protester in the abdomen outside the detention center during a weekly demonstration.”

The caption continued, “The injured protester received first aid on site before being transported to a hospital for evaluation.”

People in the comments section didn’t hold back while sharing their thoughts.

“I believe it’s time for everyone to march to the Capitol,” one Instagram user wrote. “We need to protest the government leaders.”

Another person added, “ICE are just cosplayers in govt uniforms.”

The footage comes as the Department of Homeland Security and ICE continue to face scrutiny over their immigration enforcement tactics, including the use of force during arrests and demonstrations.
