Candace Owens Drops Trailer for Investigative Series About Erika Kirk Months After Charlie’s Death

Candace Owens is taking her criticism of Erika Kirk a step further.

On Monday, February 23, the political commentator, 36, posted a trailer on social media for her new investigative docuseries, Bride of Charlie, which focuses on Erika’s actions in the aftermath of the death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, in September.

The trailer opens with different announcements declaring Charlie had been fatally shot while speaking at Utah Valley University before cutting to clips of the former pageant queen, 37, getting emotional over her husband’s death. In one now-viral clip, Erika could be seen crying over Charlie’s casket, holding his embalmed hand in hers.

The trailer then shifts to Erika — who shares two children with the late Turning Point USA founder — becoming the CEO of Charlie’s right-wing organization. In one clip of alleged leak audio, Erika remarked, “My husband’s dead. Like, I’m not trying to be morbid, but he’s dead,” and in another, she discussed the “50,000 plus hat orders to fulfill,” referring to merchandise sales.

The trailer also shows clips supporting different conspiracy theories surrounding Charlie’s death and Turning Point USA.

“We’ll be back on air, Wednesday,” the podcast host captioned the trailer on social media, revealing the first episode of the docuseries drops on Wednesday, February 25.

As the National Enquirer previously reported, Owens sharply critiqued Erika’s actions following Charlie’s death and questioned the circumstances surrounding his passing.

In December, the two women met for a personal sit-down discussion, which they both called “productive.” However, afterward, Owens continued to come for Erika, and in January, she shared alleged leaked audio of her calling Charlie’s memorial service “an event of the century.”
