A leading VA loan originator is aiming to transform the way veterans access mortgages with the launch of a new brokerage dedicated to their needs.

Brian Cooke, ranked among the nations top VA originators, has officially unveiled World Home Loans, a veteran-focused mortgage platform debuting with a national ad campaign titled Victory on the Home Front.

Cooke, who personally funded more than $375 million in loans over the past year, including $180 million in VA purchase loans, said his mission is to set a higher standard in veteran lending through unmatched pricing, faster execution, and dedicated advocacy.

“Veterans deserve better than what they often experience in this industry,” said Cooke, CEO and Founder of World Home Loans. “Too many are overcharged or delayed because lenders don’t understand VA programs. World Home Loans and our ‘Victory on the Home Front’ campaign is setting out to change that – ensuring every veteran finds their way home with the most competitive pricing, faster loan execution, and dedicated advocacy for veterans navigating the mortgage process.”

The launch is also rooted in Cookes personal history. His father, as CEO of World Airways, helped oversee humanitarian missions transporting U.S. troops to and from Vietnam, an influence Cooke said inspired his mission-first philosophy: “Doing whats right, even when its hard.”

For branding and creative execution, Cooke turned to LUDWIG+, a firm known for rebranding major lenders including UWM, Rocket Pro and Pennymac. Founder and CEO Barbara Yolles Ludwig will serve as Cookes strategic advisor.

“When Brian came to us with his vision, it was clear this was more than a mortgage company launch — it was a mission,” Ludwig said. “Victory on the Home Front captures his relentless drive, his aviation legacy, and his commitment to Veterans. This brand and campaign will stand among the greats.”

World Home Loans is positioning itself around five competitive advantages: VA loan pricing averaging a half-point below national benchmarks; streamlined systems and dedicated assistants to fund loans faster and with fewer errors; real-time communication and transparency for agents and borrowers; a strong focus on veteran advocacy to dismantle myths around VA loans; and a culture built around recruiting “A-players.” Cooke said the approach ensures agents and buyers have confidence in closing while giving veterans greater buying power and lower monthly payments.

Cookes rise has been rapid. He ranked No. 18 in the country in 2022, climbing to No. 6 in 2023 and No. 3 in 2024, closing more than 1,200 loans worth $638 million in two years. He has received more than 400 five-star reviews, many from veterans and first-time buyers, and is writing his first book, “The Efficient Closer.”

Cooke’s peers have praised the new venture.

“I’ve worked with some of the top leaders in this industry for decades, and Brian Cooke stands apart. His ability to pair extreme production with extreme purpose is rare. World Home Loans, and its ‘Victory on the Home’ Front campaign, will redefine VA lending in America,” said David Lykken, industry strategist and founder of Transformational Mortgage Solutions.

“I’ve coached Brian for years, and his success is no accident,” said national mortgage coach Ron Vaimberg. “His discipline, execution, and obsession with improvement are elite. “Victory on the Home Front” is the perfect reflection of his approach — it’s about relentless focus on winning for clients.”

The Victory on the Home Front campaign will also introduce the Hometown Heroes Program, which will extend preferred pricing and service to educators, healthcare workers, and first responders. The campaign is set to roll out across digital, social, search, and other media platforms.

“We’re rewriting the standard of how Veterans are served in America,” Cooke said. “This isn’t just a new brand or new campaign — it’s a movement. We’re building a legacy brand that will outlast us, inspire the industry, and make history.”
