BrainFood Is The First Sparkling Water Focused on Brain Health, Developed By Medical Professionals

BrainFood, the new kid on the functional beverage aisle, promises more than just hydration and refreshment — the sparkling water is touted as the first to focus explicitly on brain health.

Co-founded by Dr. Juhi Gupta, MD, and Megan Burton, a Wharton MBA with degrees in biomedical engineering and genetics, BrainFood aims to fill critical nutrient gaps that impact focus, stress resilience, and mental clarity.

Rather than the usual energy or hydration focus of other drinks, BrainFood is crafted with a cocktail of brain-supportive ingredients. Nutritionists might recognize a familiar cast of characters with a twist, including Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, and Zinc Bisglycinate. But it’s the inclusion of lesser-known cognitive enhancers like Acetyl L-Carnitine and Rhodiola Root that sets it apart.

BrainFood offers a naturally caffeine-free alternative to energy-boosting drinks, foregoing artificial ingredients and excessively processed sugars. Each can offers a wellness experience beyond the beverage itself, complete with brain health tips and a QR code linking to educational content.

In the coming weeks, BrainFood will become available on amazon, in flavors including Ginger Apple, Strawberry Thyme, and Watermelon Fizz.
