Blind funny man Bill Cosby is literally running for his financial life and is being accused of vanishing without a trace to dodge a court ordered $60 million payment to a sexual assault victim.
Cosby, 88, allegedly went underground shortly after Los Angeles judge Bradley S. Phillips rejected his motion for a new trial on May 29 in an apparent attempt to skip out on the massive payout which would devastate the pariah’s now $128 million piggy bank.
“Cosby’s whereabouts is absolutely essential to enforcement activities, and his mysterious disappearance after entry of a $60 million judgment and denial of post-trial motions is deeply concerning,” states court docs filed by Donna Motsinger, the nightclub waitress who sued him for a 1972 attack.

“Despite at least three attempts to serve Cosby at his usual abode, Cosby appears to be evading service,” the documents state. “Most recently, the process service learned from a landscaper at the Massachusetts property that Cosby no longer lives there and could not give information regarding his whereabouts.”
The National Enquirer can also reveal Cosby’s second mansion outside Philadelphia appears abandoned. According to court documents, the “front gate was chained shut, there were no cars on the driveway, and sticks and leaves and grass were overgrown.” Plus, his famed defense lawyer is claiming she doesn’t work for him anymore.
“It has been 54 years to get justice,” she told The New York Times on March 23, “and I know it’s not complete for the rest of the women, but I hope it helps them a little bit.”
