‘American Pie’ Singer Don McLean Celebrates Anniversary With His 50-Years-Younger Model Girlfriend
Don McLean hasn’t let a nearly 50-year age difference get in the way of love.
“Happy anniversary Paris,” the “American Pie” singer, 80, wrote on Instagram on Wednesday, February 4, along with a photo of himself with girlfriend Paris Dylan, 31, at the White House in 2024.
“We’ve been together for more than 10 years and you are the love of my life,” he added.
The Instagram model, whose real name is Paris Dunn, commented, “love of my life ❤️” under his post.
“She is better to me, I think, than anybody I’ve ever known,” McLean told Fox News Digital in 2024. “She’s a very pure-hearted person. And, my God, she travels everywhere with me. We’ve probably been to 501 nighters, you know, and she still doesn’t get sick of hearing me sing.”
“As long as she’s happy and I’m happy, we take it one day at a time, and we’ll move ahead, obviously, and who knows what the future holds, but nobody knows what the future holds anyway,” he added. “So I’m just out there on the edge, dancing.”
Dunn rose to fame online after she was the victim of a catfishing scheme in which she thought she was dating NBA star Chris “Birdman” Andersen in 2011.
