A sadistic Florida dentist preyed on “utterly defenseless” children to feed a twisted lust that could only be sated by their screams!
That’s the horrifying charge made against Dr. Howard Schneider, who is accused in a shocking lawsuit of running his pediatric dental clinic in Jacksonville, Fla., as a personal “house of horrors.”
Legal documents brand Schneider as a fiend with “a deep need” to “inflict pain, torture, mutilate and humiliate” all the kids he strapped down in his chair.

The monster choked children into unconsciousness rather than using anesthetic, according to the documents.
He also performed “non-medical procedures” on the youngsters and threatened to kill their mothers if they revealed his sick actions, the lawsuit charges.
Schneider, 78, is currently facing trial for a $100,000 Medicaid scam.

And although he pleaded not guilty, he was forced to close his practice after local residents picketed it in protest. He has also forfeited his dental license and moved to Georgia.
According to court papers, one mother claimed Schneider pulled four of her 2-year-old’s baby teeth rather than the two agreed upon and left her son bloody, bruised and “cut on the bottom front outer gum line from ear to ear.”
