A New Jersey man is facing charges for allegedly burglarizing 14 different Dunkin’ Donuts stores over a two-month period, authorities said.

Enajaim E. Bowman, 24, was arrested following a weeks-long investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutors Office and Hackensack Police Department with assistance from the Township of Union Police Department, into a string of burglaries in the New Jersey and New York area.

During December 2024 and January 2025, 14 separate Dunkin’ Donuts stores across northern and central New Jersey in Bergen, Middlesex, Morris and Union counties were burglarized during overnight hours. Surveillance videos showed a lone male, prying locked doors and windows to gain entry. Inside, the suspect “targeted cash registers, safes, and the managers offices for theft and vandalism,” according to the prosecutor’s office.

Authorities said there was a 15th attempted burglary they believe was connected to the pattern, but the suspect was unsuccessful. In total, the 14 burglaries resulted in $18,267.16 in stolen cash; $140 in stolen gift cards; and $10,000 in property damage.

Law enforcement identified Bowman as a suspect, and he turned himself in to the Bergen County Prosecutors Office on Feb. 25.

Bowman is charged with 14 counts of third-degree burglary, one count of third-degree attempted burglary, 12 counts of third-degree theft, two counts of thirddegree criminal mischief and seven counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
