Prince Harry’s Well-Known Stalker Was Within Short Distance of Him During London Visit: Report

A stalker was allegedly able to get within close proximity to Prince Harry last month while he was in the United Kingdom for the WellChild Awards.

According to the Daily Mail, the individual reportedly came within a short distance of the Duke of Sussex, 41, twice in London by his hotel on September 9. She had entered a “secure zone” at the Royal Lancaster Hotel where he was staying.

On September 11, the woman came across someone from Harry’s team at the Centre for Blast Injury Studies. However, there was no police involved in the incident. According to the New York Post, the woman was “body-blocked” by the royal’s staff once she came too close to him.

The female is allegedly on a list of people thought to be extremely infatuated with the prince and said to be dealing with mental health problems. The ranking was created by a division in Harry’s private security team.

The person has apparently stalked Harry throughout his various royal engagements around the world, according to the publication. She allegedly came across Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, last year when they were visiting Nigeria.

“These incidents are not uncommon for members of the royal family,” a source told the Post regarding the incident. “It differs however, because there was no police presence or close protection — it was left to two staffers from his private office to intervene.”

“This time they got lucky, recognizing the fixated individual,” they added. “Relying on luck is not a long-term fix. He’s the son of the king, brother of the heir, fifth in line to the throne and one of the most famous people in the world.”
