The crew of the Kimball offloaded approximately 18,898 pounds of cocaine, which was seized by both the Kimball and the crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Forward across six separate interdictions of suspected drug smuggling vessels off the coasts of Mexico and Central and South America from February through April.

The load of seized cocaine has an estimated value of more than $214.3 million, the Coast Guard said.
