Teacher Busted For Sex With Student: ‘His Grades Improved’

Bizarre claim from pervy lady serving as her own attorney!

Brianne altice teacher sex crime

Brianne Altice pleaded guilty to having sex with three underage students — but the former English high-school English teacher wants you to know that it really helped one kid’s grade average!

The disgraced educator, now 36, was found guilty back in 2013. Now she’s being sued by the outraged parents of one former pupil.

Brianne is trying a novel defense, though. She’s insisting things worked out just great for the kid!

“Prior to the 2012-2013 school year, [the student’s] attendance and school behavior was a problem causing low grades and suspensions from school,” Altice wrote in a statement.

“[The student’s] attendance, grades, and behavior improved during his 2012-2013 school year, allowing him to meet his goal to graduate a semester early.”

Brianne goes on to refer to herself in the third person in her handwritten response to the lawsuit. She claims that she had to pen her own response on lined loose-leaf paper because she’s too poor to hire an attorney.

“Ms. Altice,” she added, “encouraged positive academic results, and displayed the importance of continued and higher education” — adding that she “was never contacted by [the student’s] parents during her employment at Davis High School.”

Brianne is no longer employed at the high school in Kaysville, Utah. The identity of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is being protected to protect her victim.

One of her very close students was 16 years old at the time of their relationship, and two others were 17. She was out on bail before her trial when a judge ordered her back behind bars — after learning she’d had sex with her third victim after her arrest!

Brianne later pleaded guilty to three counts of forcible sexual abuse, and prosecutors dropped 11 other possible charges.
