The lawyers for MEL GIBSON‘s baby mamma want to depose his ex-wife ROBYN about claims about their marriage.
RadarOnline.com reports the lawyers for OKSANA GRIGORIEVA wants to subpoena Robyn Moore Gibson to appear before a deposition.
Mel was married to Robyn for 28 years before he dumped her for the Russkie sexbomb.
Oksana has told law enforcement that Mel once admitted hurling a television at his former wife and also told cops she personally witnessed him hitting his youngest son, Tommy.
Oksana’s legal advisors want to probe Robyn about the sworn affidavit she submitted to the court stating Mel was never abusive to her nor his children.
"Mel never engaged in any physical abuse of any kind toward me before, during, or after our marriage," Robyn reportedly told the judge overseeing the case.
Robyn’s sworn support of the man who dumped her, igniting a multi-million dollar divorce, is raising eyebrows not only with Oksana’s legal team but authorities as well.
The alleged assault charges are to be presented to the District Attorney for review shortly.
