JENNIFER LOPEZ was aghast when she saw her post pregnancy photos because she thought she looked "fat".
The superstar gave birth to twins to twins Max and Emme in 2008, and confesses the pregnancy wreaked havoc on her fab frame.
"I remember my flabby belly hanging out right after I gave birth," J. Lo revealed. "I just didn’t care."
But then J. Lo’s chill mode evaporated when she saw photos and made a bee-line to the nearest gym.
"I look back at pictures from that time, and I’m like ‘Oh, God, I WAS fat. I was still heavy eight months out!’" the singer said.
"You get to the point where you’re like, Where am I? What happened to me? I got to get myself together for my kids, you know?
"They need to know what I really look like."
Needless to say, J.Lo got pumped and is as glam as ever now.
