Britney Spears Faces New Heartbreak as Ex Paul Soliz Demands Payout to Stay Silent

Britney Spears‘ breakup with Paul Soliz may cost the Toxic singer more than she bargained for because the ex-con is threatening to tell all her secrets if she doesn’t send him away with a mountain of money, sources say.

“A lot of her friends warned her that something like this would happen. Now she’s seeing this guy for what he is — a total dirtbag,” an insider says.

“He moans that he’s been badly treated and his reputation has taken a hit. People don’t know the half of what he went through all the time he was with Britney — or so he says.”

The hitmaker, 43, first hooked up with Soliz, 38, in 2023, while he was part of her household staff doing housekeeping and maintenance.

The doomed romance kick-started shortly after Sam Asghari, 31, filed for divorce to end the pair’s 14-month marriage.

But sources say Soliz has brought even more trouble into the life of the pop legend, who was finally freed from a 13-year legal conservatorship in 2021.

In May 2024, sources say, Britney and Soliz had a nasty, booze-fueled blowout at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont hotel.

The combustible couple split last summer, only to briefly reunite months later — but sources say this breakup is final, as Soliz packed up his stuff and moved out of Britney’s California crib.

But now the former jailbird, who’s already racked up a felony for firearm possession and multiple misdemeanors, believes he deserves dough from Britney — in exchange for zipping his lips, says the insider.

As far as Soliz is concerned, the insider explains, “he prevented her from going off the rails and put up with her batty moods and all her demands. He figures he’s earned a big payday for all his trouble — and if she doesn’t cut him a check soon, he’s willing to put it out there and it will be an absolute nightmare for her.”

Sources say this isn’t the first time Britney’s had to cough up cash to get an ex to clam up, as she had to throw some of her millions at Asghari before he’d sign off on their divorce.

“She is so tired of being taken advantage of, but she also can’t risk all the things Paul knows about her going public,” a source says. “It’s a horrific position to be in.”
