U.S. Customs and Border Protection on Tuesday stopped a truck and found 10 illegal migrants in a truck that was later determined to be stolen.

CBP said Border Patrol agents stopped a Dodge Ram truck at the 31-mile marker on the west access road on Interstate 35, near Laredo, at around 6 a.m. Tuesday. Agents removed all the passengers from the vehicle.

Record checks revealed 10 migrants who were in the country illegally from Mexico and Guatemala.

Agents determined the truck had been stolen, and turned the vehicle over to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
